We were delighted with the enquiry, as the conference primarily deals with topics relating to front-end development.

By ROI, we don't just mean the return on investment, but above all the result of ignorance. Because a poor experience costs: users' nerves and companies' turnover. If known experience problems such as the maze, the alien or the focus hijacker prevent users from completing their tasks, this can be expensive. When in doubt, users will go where they can reach their goals more easily.

In the lecture, we presented three advantages of a good user experience and highlighted what we can influence during product development. We left with a small challenge for the listeners and are curious to see whether one or two people will complete it. If so, we look forward to your reports!

In the slides you can get to know an alien, learn about the advantages of a good UX and take on our challenge. We wish you lots of fun!

c't - The conference for front-end development takes place annually in Cologne.
